Rythm Studio fundraiser for Talk Club

Rythm takes on the Great Bristol Run 2026

This May, Daniel and Shaun from Rythm will be taking part in the Great Bristol Run on Sunday 10 May 2026.

As one of the South West’s biggest running events, the Bristol Half Marathon brings thousands of runners through the city centre, along the harbourside and past some of Bristol’s most iconic landmarks (including Rythm studio) It’s a huge day for the city and an event that celebrates determination, community and wellbeing.

Running for Men’s Mental Health

This year we’re running in support of Talk Club, a UK charity focused on improving men’s mental fitness and emotional wellbeing.

Talk Club creates safe, supportive spaces where men can connect and speak openly. Each session begins with one simple question: “How are you? Out of 10?” That question opens honest conversations and helps normalise talking about mental health, something that still carries stigma for many men.

By taking part in the Great Bristol Run 2026, we’re helping raise awareness across the Bristol community and supporting the ongoing work Talk Club does nationally.

Why This Matters at Rythm…

At Rythm, wellbeing has always been part of what we do. Our salon in Bristol is not just about great hair. It’s about confidence, conversation and creating a space where people feel comfortable being themselves.

We see every day how powerful connection can be. A haircut can lift your mood. A conversation in the chair can lighten the load. Supporting men’s mental health through this challenge feels like a natural extension of who we are as a team.

Physical strength matters. Mental fitness matters just as much.

Support Daniel and Shaun

If you’re in Bristol on 10 May, come down and support the runners. The atmosphere around the city centre and harbourside is always incredible.

If you would like to sponsor Daniel and Shaun in the Bristol Half Marathon, we would be hugely grateful. Every contribution helps raise awareness and supports the continued work of Talk Club.

And if you’ve been considering your own challenge this year, maybe this is your moment.

Let’s go the distance together.
